How It Works

Career Advisory is offered in session packages, allowing for a focused, contained engagement with clear milestones and room to go at your own pace.

Step 1 — Apply. Submit a brief intake form so I can understand where you are and what you're navigating. Every application is reviewed personally within 24 hours. If you are a strong fit, you'll receive a personal response inviting you to schedule your first appointment.

Step 2 — Get the Full Picture. Once scheduled, you'll receive a comprehensive, proprietary set of assessments and questionnaires designed to give me a detailed picture of what's driving your experience. This is how the advisory gets personalized from the very first session — no two engagements are the same.

Step 3 — Begin. Sessions are held virtually, on a schedule that works around your professional commitments. Drawing from a wide range of approaches and tools informed by psychology and career science, each session is built around you — where you are, what you're carrying, and where you want to go.

All sessions are conducted personally by Dr. Angélica Pérez-Litwin. This is not a delegated service.
