Career crossroads

There are many ways to arrive at a career crossroads.

Something isn't working anymore

  • You're burned out.
  • Work has become too stressful.
  • Your workplace feels unhealthy.
  • You're dissatisfied.
  • You feel stuck.
  • Your career no longer fits.
  • You're exhausted by the way you're working.

Nothing has to be wrong

  • You're ready for a new chapter.
  • You're considering reinvention.
  • You want to build something of your own.
  • You're growing into a bigger role.
  • You want more meaning or freedom.
  • You're pursuing a significant goal.
  • You're simply curious about what's next.

Whether something needs to change or you're simply ready for something new, two questions often matter:

What's actually going on?

What do I want next?

A different kind of career advisor

I understand both the person and the career.

I'm Dr. Angélica Pérez-Litwin, a clinical psychologist and career advisor who has spent more than 20 years working with accomplished professionals.

I bring two lenses to this work: the psychology of the person and the strategy of the career.

That means we can look beyond the obvious career question to understand the person, patterns, ambitions, relationships, circumstances, and life underneath it—while still figuring out what to actually do next.

I've also built businesses, led organizations, conducted research, and navigated my own professional reinventions. I understand both the inner work and the practical realities of building what comes next.

The bigger goal

Career Harmony

Career Harmony is about creating a relationship with work that supports the life you want to live.

There is no single version of Career Harmony. It may mean changing direction, growing into a bigger role, building something of your own, making work lighter, or creating more room for the rest of your life.

The goal is to feel grounded and happier at work — and live a lighter, richer life.
