Session 1 (90 minutes): Deep assessment conversation — mapping the full picture of what's driving your strain across career, life, and internal patterns.
Sessions 2–7 (60 minutes each, biweekly): Private advisory sessions moving from stabilization to realignment. Each session is tailored to you — no scripts, no generic frameworks.
Between sessions: Email access to Dr. Pérez-Litwin for 12 weeks.
Final session includes a sustainability plan for the next 6–12 months — so the changes hold.
