About the Founder

Dr. Angelica Pérez-Litwin is a clinical psychologist, transformational career strategist, and the creator of the Career Harmony Framework™. After two decades working with high-achieving professionals, she recognized a silent epidemic: success was coming at the cost of emotional well-being, identity, and meaning.

With over 20 years of clinical and career coaching experience, she created a new approach — one that helps high achievers rebuild from the inside out and reclaim a sense of career harmony.
